Uniting ‘United Earths’

The name United Earth is used by several independent organisations and initiatives around the world. We hope to explore opportunities for dialogue, collaboration and mutual support wherever our goals overlap, while fully respecting each organisation’s identity and independence.

We are reaching out to the initiatives listed above with a common invitation to explore opportunities for dialogue, collaboration and mutual support.

To make our intentions clear and transparent, we publish the general invitation below. Individual messages may include additional information relevant to each recipient.

Dear fellow Earth citizen,

We are reaching out from the United Earth initiative, having discovered that your organisation also uses the name United Earth.

Our initiative proposes the development of a democratic global federation, with an Earth Parliament, strong regional and local self-government, and a global digital platform called AGORA to facilitate democratic participation.

You can explore the proposal at united.earth.

We have identified several independent initiatives around the world using the name United Earth or variations of it. We see this as an interesting opportunity to explore what we may have in common and whether dialogue, collaboration and mutual support could strengthen our respective efforts.

Our aim is to help build a broader global democracy movement, fully respecting the identity, independence and contributions of every participating organisation.

We believe the name United Earth captures a compelling shared aspiration. Ultimately, the name and constitutional structure of any future global democratic system must be determined through legitimate democratic processes.
