United Earth Association

United Earth Association (UEa) was founded on 7 December 2023 and is registered in Norway under org. number 832 593 702.

UEa currently has a limited, transitional purpose: to finance and carry out the establishment of the independent, non-profit United Earth Foundation (UEf).

Its responsibilities include:

• Raising funds to acquire the united.earth domain and temporarily holding it for transfer to the Foundation.
• Raising the foundation capital and covering the necessary establishment costs.
• Temporarily holding other assets and intellectual property rights intended for transfer to the Foundation.
• Carrying out the necessary legal, financial and administrative work.

UEa is a self-owning association governed by its members through the general meeting, with an elected contact person responsible for administration and representation.

Once its establishment responsibilities have been fulfilled, UEa is intended to be dissolved, with its remaining assets and rights transferred in accordance with its statutes.

The Foundation will provide the permanent legal structure for safeguarding and developing United Earth’s shared assets and infrastructure.
