Leasing domain united.earth

We entered into a license agreement with Dan.com, the domain registrar that held the united.earth domain.

.. for $19,362 +VAT (approximately NOK 250,000), with monthly instalments of $461+VAT (approximately NOK 6,000). One of our facilitators executed this agreement before the formal establishment of our association, and ownership of the domain cannot be transferred until the full amount is paid. Thus, there is an agreement between this facilitator and the UEa and the UEc that secures the transfer of ownership to the UEc once he receives the full total price incl. VAT (both his payments and the remaining sum), i.e. he sells the domain to the organisation once it has the full funding for it, and keeps it alive for the disposal of the organisation up until then.
